Paul was a loving son, brother, and friend to many while going to school in Albany, attending college at Abilene Christian University, Ocean Corporation Dive School in Houston and then as a professional diver.
While growing up in Albany, Texas he was active in a variety of sports and outdoor activities that included hunting, fishing and watersports. He also enjoyed reading and spending time with his friends and their children.
He practiced those loves while in Thibodaux, Louisiana where he worked as hard hat diver and dive supervisor for various offshore oil field service companies.
